It is December 1932. The Great Depression has entered fourth year. In spite of President Herbert Hoover's calls for "rugged individualism," unemployment has skyrocketed to nearly 25% leaving thousands of homeless men and women to live in shantytowns known as "hoovervilles."

You, however, are part of newly elected President Franklin Roosevelt's "brain trust" of policy advisers. It is your job to help him to fulfill his promise of recovery with a New Deal for the American people. 

And your plan is nearly ready for Roosevelt's approval. Unfortunately, it is locked in a White House vault. Figure out the six codes required to open the vault and make the (New) Deal!
